Orders placed from Portugal after Dec 18th, from Europe after Dec 13th and from the rest of the world after Dec 10th are not guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas Eve.

Delivery Time: THE OTHER SHOP sends out orders on a daily basis. Within Portugal, allow for circa three to five days for delivery. Abroad, delivery times can vary from one week (for Europe) to two (for the rest of the world).

Delivery Guarantee: in the event of an order not reaching it's final destination, THE OTHER SHOP will take responsibility for reimbursing the customer for its full cost. If the delivery does not happen and the postman can't notify the receiver through phone or email it is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier. And if the order is returned to the sender after not being collected during the period of time allocated by the local post authorities, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the charges of a second delivery.

always had fashion, art and design in sight, and her years abroad (New York, Santiago de Chile, Shanghai) have only confirmed her desire to explore and share . This 32-year-old French-Colombian woman decided in 2014 to launch THE OTHER SIGHT, an intimate webzine dedicated to discovering new designers and cultural news around the world. Her years of experience in retail (especially at A.P.C where she met her current partner, Claire Tournemine) and in communication and digital marketing give her the keys to accomplish one of her dreams: create an online concept store before it also becomes physical. Surrounded by artists, fashion designers and designers who supported them, they are launching this fourth edition of THE OTHER SHOP.

His career has also led him to study the marketing of fashion and luxury to better understand the different facets of the middle of these two sectors. Curious by nature, she will approach several professions: model maker, stylist, assistant product manager, sales assistant in a showroom during several fashion weeks, before taking her first steps in retail at Camper Lab and then at A.P.C. She met Sonya discovering THE OTHER SHOP and his webzine THE OTHER SIGHT. Today, she is based in Lisbon. She joined the founder in this beautiful adventure.
